Iran, Paradise of bees !
Iran is the cradle of many natural resources. Saffron, caviar, arugula, walnuts, almonds, walnuts, dates and of course, also natural honey. The nature and climate of Iran's four seasons have provided a special opportunity for the development of the types of flowers used by honeybees.
We don't have climate restrictions in this country. So when it's winter at one point, it's spring a few miles away. So the best climate and the best flowers are in the hands of the beekeepers. That's why Iranian natural honey is considered one of the best in the world in terms of its properties, aroma and taste.
It is in such a situation that HoneyMoon was born.
UHF, an index for natural honey
For every delicious food, there is a standard. For example, post-carman is the best. Or the Iranian caviar is the number one caviar. What is the best honey? How do we know which honey is the best? So what are the parameters of what's basically the best in honey?
Honeymoon has set out to design, develop and publish an indicator or benchmark for the quality of natural honey. We're going to introduce a single standard to beekeepers, honey traders and consumers. Like what Manuka honey did in New Zealand.
Like UMF, but this time with UHF or Unique Honeymoon Factor.
Index of UHF determines everything
Honeymoon is regularly sampling and collecting natural honey from Iran. Regular and continuous contact with beekeepers and suppliers of honey has provided us with a complete bank of natural honey. Now we know the characteristics of the family of honeys in the regions of Iran and have listed and classified their characteristics.
After receiving the honey sample, the food reference laboratory enters. By measuring the levels of proline, HMF, glucose, sucrose, and diastase, it is possible to determine which class the honey belongs to and what score it receives.
The scores range from UHF+1 to UHF+10, the higher the score, the higher the score Honey Moon gets.
